Pilates was originally created by a Man for Men (quite Military men infact) Laura enjoys showing Men how Pilates can compliment and enhance their postural alignment, their strength and flexibility. 


Pilates for specific sports is an opportunity to provide sports men and women with exactly the strength and flexibility they need to improve their athletic performance. In their chosen sports, from Football, Rugby, Tennis, Martial Arts, Running, Cycling etc
