NOV limitless lOCKDOWN - how it works
PILATES, YOGA & HIIT
Each week you will be sent (via email) all the zoom class links for the week ahead. This will include all classes included within the limitless timetable, which I have re attached.
You can then choose from any of these Pilates classes, Yoga classes and Hiit Classes impulsively or you can request a recording.
Reformer clients can redeem classes against limitless.
If you do already attend any of our Yoga, Hiit or Dance classes regularly, please continue to pay for your usual weekly class and your instructor can gift you access to the limitless pass for November, as well as your favourite class. This is a thankyou for existing clients, without you we wouldn’t be able to continue. We also want our new clients to feel good and to have the chance to experience a selection of the classes we offer.
Within the limitless pass we have also included a selection of Dance classes for you to try this month if you wish.
You can choose 1 x trial class for Barre, 1 x trial class for Ballet Bums and 1 x Trial class for Pop dance. So that by the time we get through lockdown, you can select the classes most suited to you and your life schedule for the December term.
PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL
Will continue as usual but simply convert to online for the next few weeks.
