A Movement & Mind studio created to enhance physical & mental wellbeing.

We are located in the heart of Croxley Green in Hertfordshire, at The Green Space.

We share the space with the Green Stores, a sustainable refill shop. Together we enjoy community projects with a sustainable ethos.

We offer fitness & wellbeing for all levels of ability. Our classes include:

Reformer & Cadillac Pilates Group or Private

Mat Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Dance & Barre.

Strength, Cardio, PT.

Athletic Conditioning for specific sports such as golf, running, cycling.

Exercise for specific clinical conditions.

We have a dedicated, specialist Natal division, with over a decade of experience in this area.
